call home to share what we've been doing and who we met.
We hear stories about the history of the country we are in, marvel
at tall tales and legends spun by entertaining locals, and are exposed to the
national conversation about the identity of the people and their way of life.
Without knowing how we often form a picture of a new culture
from the stories that we hear.
